Born in Miami, Florida and the daughter of Cuban immigrants, Lourdes M. Arenas Rochelo is the proud owner and founder of Arenas Immigration Law. Ms. Arenas Rochelo is licensed to practice law since 1992. She has worked tireleslly representing immigrants for over 20 years. Ms. Arenas gained her experience in the area of Federal Immigration Law while working at several other Immigration Firms in the States of Texas, Florida and North Carolina, before starting her own firm in 2013. It was in late 2013, that Ms. Arenas Rochelo opened her first office located in Raleigh, NC and gave it her family's name, ARENAS IMMIGRATION.
Arenas Immigration Law has grown from a solo practice to now having several staff members ready to serve you with offices in both Raleigh, NC, Wilmington, NC and Knoxville, Tennessee. Most of our staff, including our ATTORNEYS, are NATIVE SPANISH SPEAKERS. We are also fortunate to have a multilingual support staff fluent in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Creole.

RALEIGH
Our main office is located in the capital of North Carolina, in the City of Raleigh. We are located on Hillsborough Street, across from NC State University and Meredith College, just minutes from Downtown Raleigh and the Village District. Our convenient location is easy to access from anywhere within the State of North Carolina since it is centrally located near Highway 440, 40, US Route 64, and US 1.
WILMINGTON
Our Wilmington office is located in Downtown Wilmington. We are on the 10th Floor of the historic Murchison Building on Front Street , in the corner of Front and Chestnut Streets. Our office is conveniently located and easily accessible from anywhere in Wilmington, North Carolina and its surrounding areas. Areas such as Leland, Carolina Beach, Wrightsville Beach, Whiteville and Jacksonville.

Lourdes M. Arenas Rochelo is the owner and founder of Arenas Immigration Law*. She graduated from the University of Miami with Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees. Ms. Arenas Rochelo has been licensed to practice law since 1992, and has represented clients before federal immigration courts in multiple states including Florida, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, New York, California and North Carolina. Ms. Arenas Rochelo is a member of the Florida Bar, American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, the North Carolina Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau. Ms. Arenas Rochelo currently serves as a board member of the NC Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Valentin is the founder and managing attorney at Valentin Law, LLC , an immigration firm dedicated to providing high quality representation for individuals in various immigration matters.
As a proud native of Peru, Mr. Valentin migrated to the United States at the age of 5 with his family. Without knowledge of the language or culture, through hard work, Mr. Valentin graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2017, and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in 2020. He became an attorney at the age of 25. He has since dedicated his career to representing hundreds of individuals in both the fields of criminal and immigration law. His experience has ranged widely from that of working directly on first-degree murder cases to that of representing individuals seeking relief in immigration court. He has ample experience in asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, and family-based immigration. He has worked with individuals throughout the United States, and has an excellent track record of success in the field of immigration and removal defense.
